FNB FY16 Initial Impression
Namibia Breweries Trading Statement
Namibia Breweries sees profit after tax and EPS for the period ended 30 June 2016 to increase significantly by between 40%-50% compared to the previous year. Operating profit is expected to increase by between 5%-10% compared to the previous year and HEPS is expected to decrease by between 0%-2%.
The Board of NBS has reassessed the valuation of its investment in Heineken South Africa (Pty) Ltd formerly known as DHN Drinks (Pty) Ltd and considered a portion of the assessed loss in Heineken SA to be recoverable and have therefore included its share of the deferred tax asset in the current year income.
The audited financial results will be released on 16 September 2016.
